According to sources closely connected to Jersey Shore, MTV is scouting locations in Italy for the setting of the popular show's next season. MTV's head of programming, Chris Linn confirmed the news today, saying: ""Europe is a fresh spin on a show that continues to reach new heights for us...", "The cast is headed to the birthplace of the culture they love and live by. We can't wait to see what erupts as a result."
Italy deserves to have this out of control guido cast released upon itself. Italians are nuts, as demonstrated in Jersey Shore. Is it just me or do they announce that they're Italian too much? Makes me kind of scared to go to Italy.
Anyway, MTV apparently has an authentic Italian dinner planned with Vinny's family, the Guadagnino's; who knows what kind of craziness will 'erupt'? I know I'm going to watch.
